Do I need to switch from my long distance company (AT&T, Sprint, etc.)?
No, you do not have to switch from your long distance phone company. When you want to call using our service, you simply dial our access number and this will switch your call to our network.
Can I give you my credit card number so that you can charge it automatically every month for the cost of my long distance calls?
Yes, if you want us to charge your credit card, we will do so automatically two times a month. You will get the breakdown of your phone calls every month.
What are your connection and monthly fees?
No connection fee will apply for using the IC Unlimited PIN. A $0.69 pay phone fee (The FCC's charge for using a toll-free number) will apply. An additional fee of 3% on top of the amount owed will apply on all payments made using a credit/debit card.
Is there a monthly limit for my calls?
Absolutely no limit will apply to your phone calls. An additional charge in the amount of $2.99 will apply if the total usage for a certain billing period is less then $5.00.
How can I subscribe?
First, choose the program that best suits your needs. If you choose to apply for the IC Unlimited PIN, we will have to register your credit/debit card. Simply fill out the Application on our website by clicking "Apply for a new PIN" now or by calling our Customer Support line: 1-888-353-6522 or local 703-813-1781. After you have filled it out and signed it, simply fax or mail it to us, and we will contact you the same day we receive your application.
Are the rates higher if I call to a mobile phone?
Yes, rates to most international mobile phones are higher.
Can I switch from one program to another after I subscribe and start using your service?
Yes, simply call our Customer Service line: 1-888-353-6522 or local 703-813-1781. Our representatives will answer all your questions and make necessary changes.
Are there any restrictions on phone equipment that can stop me from using your services?
You must have a touch-tone telephone. You would not be able to use our services from a rotary phone.

Our service means your independence!
The IC Unlimited PIN program gives you the ability to call anywhere in the world from any touch-tone phone within the USA (home, work, mobile, pay-phone) at any time. We do not switch you from your current long distance service carrier - that means you can keep all the other services/programs you are already using.
Unlike the IC Prepaid PIN, the IC Unlimited PIN program does not require a prepayment. You simply register your credit/debit card (see below for details). Following authorization, we issue a Personal Account (IC Unlimited PIN) with no dollar limit for your future calls. The payments will be taken automatically from your credit/debit card twice a month: between the 16th and 20th (for the period from the 1st to 15th of each month) and between the 1st and 5th (for the period from the 16th to the end of each month).
At the beginning of each month you will receive the previous month's Usage Report by mail. This is not a bill - it provides details about the calls you made and charges applied to your credit/debit card for each call. You will not see any additional taxes and fees on the bottom as in your regular bill. All taxes are included in InterCall's rates.
An additional fee of 3% of call charges will apply on all payments made by a credit/debit card. An additional charge of $2.99 will apply if the total usage for a certain billing period is less then $5.00. No charges will apply if no calls are made during the billing period.

You will receive your Authorization Code (IC Unlimited PIN) and all necessary instructions by phone or via e-mail within 24 hours after we receive the copy of your "IC Unlimited Pin Application."

How the IC Unlimited PIN Works 1. Dial one of the following phone numbers:

2. The system prompts you to enter your Authorization Code, a personal identification number that you receive by phone or e-mail. Please key in your Authorization Code.
3. The system then prompts you to dial your destination number.
For Domestic calls dial: 1 + Area Code + Phone Number + #
For International calls dial: 011 + Country Code + City Code + Local Number + #
4. The system dials the destination number.
