Do I need to switch from my long distance company (AT&T, Sprint, etc.)?

No, you do not have to switch from your long distance phone company. When you want to call using our service, you simply dial our access number and this will switch your call to our network.

What are your connection and monthly fees?

No connection fee will apply for using the IC Prepaid PIN. A $0.69 pay phone fee (the FCC charge for using a toll-free number) will apply. Also, there is $0.69 monthly maintenance fee.

Is there a monthly limit for my calls?

Absolutely no limit will apply to your phone calls. Your calling time will be limited only by the amount of your deposit.

How can I subscribe?

Are the rates higher if I call to a mobile phone?

Yes, rates to most international mobile phones are higher.

Can I switch from one program to another after I subscribe and start using your service?

Yes, simply call our Customer Service line:

How do I know how much money is on my account?

Every time you make a call, the system announces how much money is left on your account (IC Prepaid PIN) and how many minutes you have for that call.

Can I add money to my account as needed?

You can add money to your account by sending us a check, money order, faxing a copy of your check (if you fax a check, you don't have to mail it) or calling and paying with a credit card over the phone.

Are there any restrictions on phone equipment that can stop me from using your services?

You must have a touch-tone telephone. You cannot use our services from a rotary phone.

What is the minimum amount I should pay in order to open an account?

The minimum for any payment is $25.

Our service is your independence!

The IC Prepaid PIN program gives you the freedom to call anywhere in the world from any touch-tone phone within the USA (home, work, mobile, pay-phone) at any time. We do not switch you from your current long distance service carrier - that means you can keep all other services/programs you are already using.

The program requires prepayment. Please make your prepayment by credit card, personal check or money order (see below for more details). Within 24 hours after receiving your payment, we create a Personal Account (IC Prepaid PIN) for you in the exact amount you have transferred. (Your phone calls are charged against this amount.) Our representative then contacts you by phone or e-mail and provides all necessary information and instructions.

Every time you make a call, the system announces how much money is left on your Personal Account (IC Prepaid PIN) and how many minutes you have for that call at the given rate. You can credit more money to your Account at any time - we accept all forms of payment. We do not send any bills, and all taxes are already included in our rates.

Please go to "Update you PIN now" on our website, fill out our online form and click on " Submit " button. Within 24 hours, the amount will be automatically transferred to your account.

An additional fee of 3% of the amount owed will apply on all payments made by credit/debit card.

How the IC Prepaid PIN works

1. Dial one of the following phone numbers:

1-800-606-1325(for toll-free access from anywhere within the USA) or
or
1-646-375-0607(for local access from NYC only)*



* New York City Metropolitan area residents can save an additional 1.5-2c on every minute - by connecting through our NYC access number.

2. The system prompts you to enter your Authorization Code, a personal identification number that you receive by phone or e-mail. Please key in your Authorization Code.

3. The system announces your available dollar balance and then prompts you to dial your destination number.

For Domestic calls dial:
1 + Area Code + Phone Number + #

For International calls dial:
011 + Country Code + City Code + Local Number + #

4. The system announces the maximum number of minutes available for the call, based on the applicable rate, and dials the destination number.
